Nick graduated from Pace University in 2007 with a degree in Media and Communication Arts. He has extensive experience in the field of video production as well as in national broadcast television, documentary filmmaking, post-production editing with both Avid and Final Cut systems, writing for film, and cinematography. He co-founded Factor 8 with his business partner Erica J. Weiss in January 2008.

Erica graduated from Pace University in 2007 with a degree in Media and Communication Arts and a minor in Photography. She has a wide range of production experience; from concept to script to screen her ability to write and produce has won festival acclaim. From documentary to commercial content, short films to interviews Erica is able to craft powerful stories and translate them through a variety of media tools. In January of 2008 Erica co-founded Factor 8 with her business partner Nicholas J. Eisenberg.
